How to pay Banglalion Bill Through SMS.

Now Banglalion subscriber can pay their monthly internet postpaid bill through ROBI in one of the two ways:

1. Pay through ROBI connection: Send SMS from Robi mobile account. To use this option you have to register one time ‘Robi Ortho’ account.
2. Pay through ROBI outlet: Visit any Robi authorized retail point and pay. Both ROBI and non-ROBI subscriber can pay in this process

Pay Through ROBI Connection Process
For ROBI subscriber two different registrations are required; first register in Robi ORTHO and then register as Banglalion Subscriber.
Step 1: Register in ‘Robi ORTHO’ (one time)

1. Go to your new message option in your mobile phone
2. In the message box Type regorthoNational IDPIN (minimum 4 digits)Retype PIN
   reg ortho 19873465707384 1234 1234
                     (National ID)          (PIN) (Retype PIN)
3. Send it to 7878
4. A confirm notification will receive through SMS

Step 2: Register as Banglalion Subscriber (one time)

1. Go to your new message option in your mobile phone
2. In the message box Type regblionBanglalion Customer ID (8 digits)
   reg blion 87654321
                   (blion ID)
3. Send it to 7878
4. A confirm notification will receive through SMS

Note: For future payment you need to remember PIN number created in ‘Robi Ortho’ registration.
Step 3: If not enough “ORTHO” balance to mobile wallet
Balance Load: Load ORTHO Balance to mobile wallet from Robi authorized retail point for bill payment.
Note (important): there is no relation between the “Easy Load” (Talk Time) balance and Robi “ORTHO” balance. Please ask retailer to load “ORTHO” balance clearly.
Step 4: Pay through Robi mobile

1. Go to your new message option in your mobile phone
2. In the message box type payblionBanglalion Customer ID (8 digits)Bill Month & YearAmount to PayRobi Ortho PIN

Pay From ROBI Outlet Process
For non ROBI subscriber or ROBI subscriber who wants pay through Robi ORTHO can visit any of 443 ROBI authorized retail point nationwide and pay the bill. The process is as follows:

1. Go to any authorized Robi outlet throughout the country.
2. Provide your Banglalion Customer ID (8 digits) and bill amount (cash) to the retailer.
3. Retailer will complete the payment process through their mobile phone.
4. A confirm notification will receive through SMS.

Note: For any future payment please remember Banglalion Customer ID and the mobile given at the time of registration.
